Blue Oyster Mushroom Grow Kit

With our grow kits you can produce your own supply of delicious, fresh oyster mushrooms in the comfort of your own home! You can expect your first harvest within approximately 1-2 weeks and 500-1000 g of mushrooms over several harvests. Blue oyster mushrooms are a delightful and versatile gourmet mushroom, ideal for stir fries and pastas. Savoury with a subtle earthy flavour. A perfect gift for all mushroom lovers!

Our grow kits contain oyster mushroom mycelium that has already colonised its substrate (straw pellets). For best results, your kit should be used as soon as possible after delivery and ideally within 5 days.
**PLEASE NOTE**, if you select "Christmas pre-order" when ordering, your grow kit will not be fully colonised when dispatched- upon arrival, simply store your grow kit between 14-22oC will ensure full colonisation by Christmas Day, after which we recommend using within 5 days for best results.
